Mother, Marathon Runner and Overall Fitness Freak!

Juliana DiPasquale grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. She grew up swimming competitively and found exercise and weight training something that would develop into a life-long passion that fuels her sense of balance and calm. As an adult, and after having twins she got into running and has three marathons under her belt. She is now on a mission to keep training and running marathons not only for herself, but to motivate, inspire and help other girls push themselves to achieve more than they might ever have thought possible amidst the “busyness” of life.

Dr. Juliana DiPasquale is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Denver, Colorado, with a passion for fitness, running, and the great outdoors. When she’s not in the operating room, you’ll likely find her on the trails, training for her next race. Fueled by a relentless drive to push her own limits, Juliana is on a mission to complete the six Abbott World Marathon Majors.

This website is where she shares her journey as a runner— the highs, the challenges, and the lessons learned along the way. Through her experiences, she hopes to inspire others, especially women, to chase their goals, break barriers, and discover just how strong they truly are. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, Juliana’s story is a testament to the power of perseverance, passion, and the pursuit of greatness—both on the road and in life.

Join her on this adventure, and let’s run toward new possibilities together.

“I love running! Running gives me peace and a sense of accomplishment. I also like to find my physical limits and push my body beyond them, because our bodies are capable of so much more than we think.”
